BMW Oracle Racing haven't given away too much yet about their intentions for the 34th America's Cup, but their 'Declaration of Independence' is certainly very encouraging. After the debacle of the early announcement of that infamous protocol for the 33rd America's Cup by Alinghi in July 2007, no one is giving Russell Coutts's team a hard time for not coming up with any hard details quite yet.
