Ian Willians on how to put a great team together: "I think it is about having a specific set of skills, and seeing a team realising what’s missing and what needs doing. I am probably one end of the spectrum where I am very strong in certain areas - tactically and strategically - and maybe not so strong in some other areas. o when you are in a team you can all lean on your strengths and on other people’s strengths to get the best out of the whole team."
