Rohan Veal shows how it's done in the International Moth. Sailing on Lake Garda where he won the 2007 World Championships, Rohan takes his Bladerider through foiling tacks and gybes and makes it look easy.

The gybe is something any self-respecting Moth sailor masters within a few weeks, but keeping the boat in the air through a tack is a whole lot tougher. Watch Rohan's subtle but rapid movement from one rack to the other, barely disturbing the motion of the Moth.
