Luna Rossa had a faultless day to open the Prada Cup final with two races wins against a below par INEOS Team UK.

It may have come as surprise to some, after the 4-0 head to head in IENOS favour from the round robin, but the truth is this was the first match up in Luna Rossa's favoured stable conditions and they made it count.

A better jib selection might have brought INEOS closer, but ultimately Luna Rossa had the quicker boat and were smart enough to sail their own race for the victories.
